[FEAT] Ban Integration #38

Description of the feature

Provide integration with the current Rust ban system. All players to be banned, unbanned from the platform, list players on the servers ban list.

Examples of the feature

Screen Shot 2021-08-19 at 4 25 29 PM - This is the list of current Bans

Screen Shot 2021-08-19 at 4 26 18 PM - This is the admin view where we can add and remove them.

This is of course on the system I am moving away from.
