Role Display not showing on Users tab

Description of the bug

When you go to community on the top right and click on Staff, Role Displays work as intended. However, if you go to users, it does not show the Role Display. Instead, it shows the Role Name.

Expected Behaviour

It's supposed to show the Role Display like it does in the Staff section.

How do you reproduce this bug?

Make a role, set the Role Name to "head_developer" for example and set the Role Display to "Head Developer". It will show head_developer on the Users tab.

Website Environment
