Use bathymetry GeoJSON link here https://data-waterinstitute.opendata.arcgis.com/datasets/tampabay-ohsi-oyster-bars?geometry=-87.849%2C27.091%2C-77.395%2C28.789
Edit: Above link will not work, use this instead https://www.ngdc.noaa.gov/thredds/catalog/regional/catalog.html?dataset=regionalDatasetScan/tampa_bay_G070_2017.nc
Topobathy addressed here https://github.com/tbep-tech/seagrasstransect/commit/9ca4340488ee2dfca46e2cf0042cbba4712d290e, but need to integrate this into tbeptools (maybe). This depends on ability to get to DEM layer from remote URL - talk to Water Atlas about that.
Seagrass edge kind of addressed in the Shiny app, but needs some rethinking https://github.com/tbep-tech/seagrasstransect-dash/commit/9e6e03d77072f1222a22e61c08666630bc6dbdf6
show_transcect()
, e.g., 2.5show_transect()
, could be simple p/a of any seagrass species or something more complex, e.g., multiple lines per species in a given yeartrnpts
or as separate file for every placement over time. This will need to be done with topo-bathy data to compare depths on the same scale. This will also lead into methods for better eval of seagrass depth edge and potential migration with SLR@Gmangrove anything else?
