Troop upgrade rules

Description

• Add troop upgrading rules so the player can better define how troops are upgraded in their party
• Merge relevant logic from https://www.nexusmods.com/mountandblade2bannerlord/mods/618
• Modes:
  • [x] Prefer ranged units with crossbows (boolean, maybe ratio?)
  • [x] Prefer infantry with shields (boolean, maybe ratio?)
  • [x] Buffer Daily Cost Days (scalar) (Takes the daily cost times this setting as amount of gold to save after upgrading)
  • [x] Preferred troops per culture (Type per culture of preferred troop upgrade paths)
  • [x] 50/50 split (Boolean) (Split multipath upgrades 50/50)
  • [ ] Per unit choice (Something like ctrl+click on path to determine which path is taken)
  • [ ] Remember path choice (When user manually upgrades a multipath down one root, use this same route from then on, until changed)
  • [x] Take into account resource costs: (war) horses and gold
  • More?
