When merged this pull request will:

Update UIExtenderLib to 2.0.0
Add UIExtenderLib as a Nuget package
Remove UIExtenderLibModule from SubModule dependencies
Update classes to use new references
Update PartyVmMixin _vm references to use field resolves from Mixin weak reference
Update Harmony to 2.0.0.10
Updated readme with details on UIExtenderLib requirement, and Harmony versions

If I interpret your comments correctly, then users do not have to have UIExtender as a separate mod anymore?

If so it should also be removed from the list of required mods in the README

Regarding the README generally: It feels a little out of place to talk about all these things related to how to setup the mod or how to contribute to it before advertising the mod itself. I think it would flow more naturally when moving things around so the features etc are at the top and other things more toward the bottom.

Personally I think these kinds of notes should be at the top, as users generally don't read everything in-front of them. It's better to have this at the top and avoid a bunch of people asking why it's broken because they didn't scroll down
