Description

Buttons that can be disabled sometimes are in the wrong state after some UI events
Add mixins to perform a refresh to cover the following actions:
- Transfer troops/prisoners -> Should refresh upgrade/UOT/recruit buttons
- Upgrade troops -> Should refresh upgrade/UOT buttons
