I search a maintain light c++ file watcher library.

Does this repo always maintained ?

Otherwise advice to choose a multiplatforms library is welcome

Note, that I am not the author. I created it here (with my changes) when it was not yet available on GitHub in 2015. Meanwhile, you can use https://github.com/jameswynn/simplefilewatcher from original author @jameswynn .
