Command palette now highlights last selected item #68

Hey, thanks for this great package! One of my can't-live-without-it packages for Sublime Text. 🎉

I made it so that the command palette highlights the last chosen item.

This is useful if the user is calling the same generate method multiple times (saves having to search for the same item each time).
