No transformations configured for the syntax Packages/Text/Plain text.tmLanguage #78

When I run it , I get this message. No transformations configured for the syntax Packages/Text/Plain text.tmLanguage

I am new to this. I apologize if my issue is silly. I followed all the steps you mentioned and I can see that the PANDOC plugin is installed in my Sublime in preferences.
