An illegal instruction exception was thrown (0xC000001D).

This indicates either faulty hardware or a bug in a virtual machine code.

If you get this crash often, check your hardware.

If you get this crash only randomly try updating the virtual machine software 
you're using.

Nothing we can do in TortoiseSVN to fix this, sorry.
