Checkout is freezing all the time. #604

I used SVN months ago and it worked perfectly. If I try to download something I 
always copy the SVN link from the source I want right-click into a folder and 
click on SVN checkout than the Checkout window is open and I press on Ok. Now 
this window is frozen and won't go away 'till I destroy the process through the 
Task Manager.
