Code filtering outside of phewas plot is broken. #7

Not sure why but the latest build has broken code filtering via the dropdown table and the network plot. Probably has something to do with migrating to meToolkit but needs investigation.

This seems to actually only impact deletion of codes in the network plot.

This problem only occurs after the codes have been filtered using the manhattan plot.
