Add support for Language in Follow, Connect Buttom and Hovercards #22

Sorry if the question is silly or not done in the right way. But you can add support for translating follow and connect buttons?

I imagine using connectButtonDecorator, loginInfoDecorator, loginInfoContentDecorator, also the followButtonDecorator could do this, but I find no way to do it and there is no exact documentation for this.

I use the Spanish language to use this plugin, be great to translate the buttons, also the Hovercards.

The button labels and Hovercard text are handled by Twitter's @Anywhere. Not sure if/how they detect the language/locale
