Is there any pre-install documentation? #10

I'd like to install your tool, but before I do (and before anyone uses it on galaxy ideally!) I'd like to be able to read some documentation to see how to run it, what inputs/outputs it needs and how it works.

Ideally the user facing help text would include a URL linking to the PEAKachu documentation online.
