Hi! I met the error (blockbuster for replicon Chr1 exited with status -11) when I run PEAKachu, then I ran this ciommand #blockbuster.x -minBlockHeight 10 -print 1 -distance 1 my.bed# and it is successful. Could you help me about ma error? Thank you very much!

Hi, Did you run blockbuster.x on the BED file for Chr1 generated by PEAKachu or some other file? How did you install PEAKachu and blockbuster, via conda?

Hi! Thanks for your reply! I installed PEAKachu and blockbuster via conda. And i find some error in my bam file later, when I use right bam file ,there is no error. Thanks again!
