Jakarta Bundle Rename Fails #43

It fails for the "com.ibm.ws.org.apache.commons.fileupload" manifest. MANIFEST.txt

My guess the "; singleton:=true" is the issue.

Rule: com.ibm.ws.org.apache.commons.fileupload=com.ibm.ws.org.apache.commons.fileupload.jakarta,2," Jakarta","; Jakarta Enabled"
