I really enjoy how easy Mian is to use, however I have had a few issues when attempting to use the data filtering function.
For example, when I try to make a composition heatmap on genus level, there are far too many taxa and therefore the graph gets glitchy in how many samples and taxa you can see, with the coloured squares getting smaller. When I try to use the data filtering either by read count or by prevalence % to reduce the number of taxa shown, it does not change the graph at all.
Is there any way this could be fixed, or am I missing something?
