Support creation of directory structure #22

This would be really useful for organisation of files, so you could perhaps 
have tracks saved to {artist}/{album/{track number} - {title}

Great work so far with pymazon though, just downloaded an album without a 
hitch - thanks for taking the time to work on this project :)

Pymazon already supports this. It's mentioned on the home page. In fact, the 
string 
you mention is exactly what I use when using Pymazon (again, I mention this on 
the 
home page).
