What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Pymazon.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Currently, Pymazon download progress is indicated only by status messages.
For slow internet connections, this could be construed as a program hang.
Pymazon should update the download status in terms of percentage to completion.

Fixed in source tree. GUI shows download percentage, command line client show
progress indicator.
