Personally, I'd see this enhancement as high priority...This because the issue 
of 
which sky to render is increasingly becoming an important question now we have 
a 
significant debate about the climate based approach to daylight modelling (with 
Daysim - Perez (1993) all weather model; Lightsolve CIE-ASRC (Perez 1990) ; 
CIE-ISO 
standard with the 15 SSLD skies - where Phil Greenup's model seems to have 
disappeared..) and so on...
