Dipole layer correction #93

Are there any obstacles to implement the dipole layer correction (in a specific direction): https://journals.aps.org/prb/abstract/10.1103/PhysRevB.59.12301?

Sounds like an interesting feature to have. The only obstacle I see is to find somebody to implement it. Contributions are of course welcome.

OK, I am not promising anything, but at least I will take a look how the correction implemented in other codes.
