Added documentation to filter.js (very basic technical details, it may be helpful for the beginner)
Added vows a dependency to the package.json
Added a new test case filter-test.js for testing filter plugin functionality

TODO

Hard coded process.exit(0) in test. That should be removed to something better approach.
Any more test cases?

The process should exit on it's own if we close the db connection, because there wont be anything left to wait for. I'd like to see a test and an example in the readme for each plugin.
