Getting Value Error "ValueError: zero-size array to reduction operation maximum which has no identity" #4

Hi @tbmoon ,

While running the command "python make_vacabs_for_questions_answers.py --input_dir='../datasets'" getting an error "ValueError: zero-size array to reduction operation maximum which has no identity" I was unable to understand the issue.
