Prerequisites

Feature Description

Please for the love of god. REMOVE the damn heat/cold mod. Can‘t even survive the first night like this and always overheating everywhere. It probably seems like a cool feature roleplay wise and it maybe is.. but after 20 minutes it just gets annoying and takes away the fun because you can‘t act fast enough to not die.

Problem and Solution

Overheating and freezing is so hard, especially when starting a new world. Is no fun at all. Consider removing the mod.

Alternatives Considered

No alternatives but I think the thirst mod is enough.

Additional Context

Hopped on a game with my bro, died 10 times to overheating and freezing. Wasn‘t cool :(

Thank you for your feedback! While I'm not planning to remove the heat/cold mod as it's core to the modpack's vision, I want to ensure it's enjoyable for everyone.

If you still struggle after trying those tips, I can look into fine-tuning the settings.

You've raised a good point - I'm considering adding more information about the mod to the questbook or providing insulated armor as starter items. These could help new players adjust more easily to the temperature mechanics.

Replaced Cold Sweat trough Legendary Survival Overhaul. Quests still needs to be done.
