Describe the solution you'd like
A little idea for development of a dedicated Weewx extensions for integrating solar data from OpenDTU. This extensions would automatically export solar measurements (such as irradiance, solar energy production, etc.) to Weewx, thus complementing the existing meteorological data. The goal would be to provide a more comprehensive and integrated view of environmental conditions for users managing both weather stations and solar installations.
Describe alternatives you've considered
No response
Additional context
Integrating solar data with meteorological data can significantly enrich environmental analysis, offering insights into the correlation between weather and solar panel performance. Such a extensions could also encourage the adoption of OpenDTU by the Weewx user community, extending the utility of both platforms.
Additionally, a list of existing Weewx extensions can be found here: Extensions to Weewx. This context may guide the development and compatibility of the new driver.
