Describe the solution you'd like
It would be fantastic if OpenDTU communicated whenever there is a new firmware available through MQTT. This would allow to monitor firmware updates, for example, in HomeAssistant.
Even better, of course, would be if any firmware update would show in the common HomeAssistant updates. Not sure which mechamism they use but I do know that WLED updates do show up - and firmware updates can be triggered directly from HomeAssistant.
