on which topic do you have to publish to trigger CONTINGENCY / CATASTROPHE
general way of triggering recovery?
also describe how to include recovery methods
should systematize what I do in high_level_smach.py
- would be good to have them in a sort of config file:
- success_subscriber -> resolver_publisher -> and dealing with the failure types and particular failures..
