Make it easier to use the KeyValueOverlay #16

Currently when using the KeyValueOverlay one has to implement the Datasource, which can be quite complex in some cases.

Proposal:

Introduce the classes TBODeveloperOverlayKVSection and TBODeveloperOverlayKVItem
The section is a model for the table view section
- it has properties of the section
- it holds an array of items
an item is a model for the row in the tableview
- additionally to all the properties of the row itself it holds a block that gets called when a value gets updated
