Add histogram of cumulative contributions of developers #133

This is a request for a new feature, in which a smothed histogram would move at 
the bottom of the screen. This is similar to what Codeswarm has, but not with 
those huge spikes, covering the main visualizations, but a normalized (0-1) 
smothed histogram agregating contributions over a specified time window. This 
could perhaps look even better as a streamgraph
