Added: New "Dynamic" Weather Function.
Set Weather Parameter to "Dynamic (WIP)" in Missionparams to enable.
Dynamic Weather works best with a timeMultiplier of 1. If other multipliers are used weather will change abruptly to keep visuals and params in sync.
NOTE:
Currently only one preset customized for Cam Lao Nam available.
On other maps weatherpreset will probably be unfitting (e.g. too much rain or fog occlude parts of the map).
