Secondary objectives are not available at FOB (version 1.0.X) #130

They are available at Base CHIMERA, but not at FOB. The context menu doesn't show it, even when achieving the necessary rank ( 1500 ). Prior to this, I repackaged and re-deployed the FOB because it was bugged (invisible) so I am not sure if that contributed to the bug or not.

Ok, the issue is fixed. For some reason, the Sec. objectives only appear when I am standing on the upper floor of the FOB. I previously repackaged this FOB so I suspect it did not update marker properly when it was redeployed.
