The chapter frequently votes to assign editorial authority of the bylaws (or constitution) to the advisory board. However, no members of the advisory board are able to edit these files on the website (apart from those few who happen to also be website chairs). In order for the advisory board to have true editorial authority, all members of the advisory board must be able to edit those documents. At the very least, the president and chief advisor should have access—regardless of their position on the website committee.
