Improved TeamNames handling and SeasonTeam navigation from Player Overview #40

Should track TeamNames better on entities, possibly as a list of team histories as it is in the db. It would be nice to be able to navigate to a SeasonTeam screen directly from a Player Season row.

  1. If only one team played for, navigate directly on click
  2. If multiple, right click on the row and select which team to navigate to
