Season number auto calculation from season ID rather than taking from CSV #57

We assign the season number according to what is on the CSVs, but in the case of a new league formed from an existing franchise, this number will likely be reset back to 1 if it should in fact be following from the next number after whatever the original franchise was at

This will require hooking into the season ID that is exported rather than a season number
