Hi there, I have some question to ask you:

How can I test this thing (by adding a *.md file written in Vietnamese and running npm run test)
Would you mind if I change from npm to yarn (as yarn is faster than npm)

Anyway, thanks for creating a wonderful package

Thanks for the PR! I'm glad the package has been useful for you.

I think it's fine not to add a test for this change. I feel like this functionality already has enough coverage, here: https://github.com/tbroadley/spellchecker-cli/blob/0705addfd35a48c18e5e0535e5384c3f6cf0ec92/test/cli-test.js#L116-L127

And please feel free to switch the project to using Yarn!
