Confused by use of mixed '::' and '-' in target name #11

This throws:

$ mi6-helper new=App::PDF-Compressor

The issue has been handled in the next version of Mi6::Helper, but App::Mi6 cannot handle the issue either. I just filed issue #177 at App::Mi6.

I also sent an email, cc lizmat, to ask @skaji its status and whether he would be interested in transferring it to the Raku community.
