The setup is using 2 x TBS6909x STID135 demod

OS Linux microcms.kylone.blue 5.6.3-1.el7.elrepo.x86_64 #1 SMP Wed Apr 8 07:13:05 EDT 2020 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Symptoms 1 card works ok , second card doesnt want to scan doesnt want to lock. changing them in pcie slots same thing happen one card work other doesnt want to work.

When you have i2c error please try like this : please disable the MSI create text file /etc/modprobe.d/tbsecp3.conf with line: options tbsecp3 enable_mis=0

after reboot, check with "cat /proc/interrupts" that tbsecp3 whether using MSI.
