NPE when using two fingers #1

When touching with two fingers, releasing one and moving the other, a nullpointer exception occurs in _handleTouchMove because _touchSession is null.

Fixed in branch bsi-rap with commit 67fb54edd31e7482362e34eb625162d2b72c1883. For master i only added the test (commit e7db358453c9251711582987c397ea3f60f24f15), as it does currently not run against RAP 2.0 master.
