This shouldn't happen. Solutions?

create the panel in a XUL overlay -> would be professional and solve the problem, but would make it impossible to implement this into a chrome extension

maybe a minimum height/width like 640x480. I dont imagine you'd want to be using webmarker if your window was smaller than that in the 1st place!

great workaround! this can catch 95% of the extra-buttons.... (still problematic on e.g. etherpads)
