Section D.2 Host-defined Fields mentions the [[HostSynchronizesWith]] field on Candidate Executions, but the table 96 has no such field: [[HostSynchronizesWith]] on Candidate Executions: See Table 96.

Looks like the contents was moved to https://ecma-international.org/wp-content/uploads/Ecma-memento-2024-public.pdf, page 95.

PR #3321 removed [[HostSynchronizesWith]] from the table, but left a couple mentions of the field. @syg
