TC39 website is now using tc39.es domain since last month. Even though the github.io link's aren't broken, using tc39.es makes specs consistent
Fixed a couple of typo: symmmetric -> symmetric even through -> even though

If these changes aren't required, please let me know and I'll close the PR (^_^)

@Kriyszig no need to close it, this proposal just doesn't have a champion right now.
