Naming suggestion: `globale` #39

This is a French/German/Italian/Norwegian/Swedish word for global. It's visually similar with globals which failed to be chosen.

Pros:

Shorter than globalThis
No this
No uppercase so easier to type
(Probably) less usage than globals has

Cons:

Not English
Has several possible pronunciations

Thanks for the suggestion! I don't think we've considered non-English names for anything in the language; I'm not sure if that's a constraint/requirement, or "just the way it's been done so far".

The committee has reaffirmed the current choice multiple times, and it’s now shipping in browsers. Thanks for the suggestion!
