Missing documentation for options

@rxaviers , just added section documenting options and not clear if define object options as options.style , options.numeric , similar to previous version or follow the same style that will be used here : https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Global_Objects/Intl.RelativeTimeFormat
