Proposal incomplete?

The wording of the proposal contains dangling references that could use a bit of cleanup.

• Some places use FieldDefinition; others on the same production use FieldDefinitionList. Which one is it?
• ClassFieldDefinitionEvaluation is called with two parameters. There is no definition of it in the private methods proposal. It's defined in the class fields proposal, where it only accepts one parameter.
• Because of the previous point, defining static fields doesn't appear to be implemented anywhere.
