Get the current "state" of this proposal (feature of JS)? #158

I am immensely excited about this proposal. Thank you!

It would be nice to know the state of this proposal. When (if ever) could it get passed? Where is it being debated? What can I do to help? What (if anything) would speed up the process?

Is there anywhere I can get this information? If not, could it be added to the README?

It’s stage 1, which means that TC39 is interested in spending more time investigating the problem space. See https://tc39.es/process-document/ for more information.
