Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download and install the plugin in symfony(each file in its folder)
2. Add the javascript scripts in my php file
3. Include the radio controls with its class name (star) and test it

What is the expected output?
The expected output is the 5 stars allowing to select them and catch its value
in order to be stored in the database (the database part is not a problem).
What do you see instead?
5 radio buttons instead of the 5 stars.

What version of the plugin/jQuery are you using?
PLUGIN VERSION: jQuery Star Rating Plugin v3.14
JQUERY VERSION: The jquery that comes with the zip

On what browser(s) or operating system?
BROWSER(S): firefox (mozilla)

Please provide a link to where the problem can be observed:
URL: Already described above.

Feel free to provide any additional information below.
There is not enough information and documentation provided within the zip file
and web sites. The target for the 5-star-rating is symfony (developed with php)

Could you please me as soon as possible?

Additional info: When I click on the radio button, the value is transferred
well via $_GET. The problem is that the stars can't be seen and the radio
button is displayed instead. How can I manage to make the stars appear?

I've also tested it in IE and the radio buttons appear and the stars appear as
a background with a white color. The color does not change when the mouse
cursor is over the control or when it is selected.
In Firefox, the stars don't appear, just the radio button appears.

After making changes, the radio button dissapears but when the cursor is over,
it shows the value. When I click on it, the option is selected. So the problem
now is that the stars don't appear although the control works.
