Slightly unclear licensing conditions #120

The licensing conditions within the jquery.rating.js file say that it is dual 
licensed under MIT or GPL, providing a link to the GPL.  However, that link 
changes over time as new versions of the GPL are provided.  Please could you 
explicitly say which version(s) of the GPL are being used (eg, "version 2" or 
"version 2 or, at your option, any later version" or "version 3")?

Also the webpage, http://www.fyneworks.com/jquery/star-rating/#tab-License, is 
a little more explicit as it links to version 2.0 of the GPL, but it currently 
says "Multiple File Upload Plugin by Fyneworks.com is licensed under the MIT 
License and the GPL License." rather than referring to the Star Rating plugin.

Incidentally, now that I look, I see that the same issue applies to the 
Multiple File Upload plugin.

Thanks for pointing out the mistake in the documentation. That's what happens 
when you copy code from one project to another....

I think the plugin was initially released under MIT and GPL because that's what 
jQuery used. I think the plugin should be as free to use as jQuery is.

I see now that jQuery is iunder MIT so I'll update the docs.
