Orbital Map breaks if KSP instance doesn't have maneuver nodes unlocked #41

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start a new career save that does not have maneuver nodes enabled
  2. Open the 3d orbital map
  3. Observe the orbital map does not render because maneuver nodes are not present.
