Error- db_entry not accepting .csv files #1

Hi, Thank you for the wonderful tool for visualizing targeted panel data. I am having some issues while creating the database entry. The program is accepting the vcf files of Strelka and Manta results, but it is not accepting other files with .csv extension, like snpdiff, matrix file etc. My files are exactly same way as their templates files. Do I have to process them before adding to the database?

Hi,

I figured it out. You need to use .TXT format instead of .CSV. Check the template for input files under templates folder in Scripts.
