[ADDED] Explore Section added #15

### DESCRIPTION : Added Explore Section FIXES: Fixed issue #4

CHECKLIST:

[x] Created exploreSection folder in src/components
[x] Created explore.jsx and data.js inside exploreSection
[x] Using Ocktokit, Created a fetch function to fetch data from gtihub API
[x] Used data.js to get data for limited repo through api
[x] Added github repo's cards background gradient in tailwind.config.js
[x] Created .env for token and acessed that tokens by importing it in explore.jsx component
